UI/ UX Design for our existing App

Hey dear freelancers, we are a company with an existing Web Application.
We need a freelancer who can redesign our existing app to make it more modern according to the mockup implemented.
In addition to this screen we need a redesigned registration process.

We will add in future new screens, so if we work good together, we will ask you again for design.

We have some colors, which are fixed - Fonts, sizes ... are dynamic.
