Design UI/UX for an app

We are looking to create a mobile app and will need all necessary graphics to be designed. We want the UI to match our current website. We offer scalable electric propulsion systems for boats and yachts. It will be great if the freelancer is capable of creating the full app but we will start with the design for now.
