We are a growing women's fashion brand looking for a creative and original freelance fashion designer to design exclusive clothing collections for both western and ethnic wear. Our goal is to launch elegant, trendsetting, and first-in-market designs that truly stand out.
You’ll be working remotely, helping us bring to life pieces that blend sophistication, uniqueness, and comfort — tailored for Indian and global customers.

Scope of Work:
We are looking for designs for the following categories:
Western Wear:
Office wear dresses
Casual day-to-night dresses
Jumpsuits
Skirts & tops
Coord sets
Ethnic Wear:
Stylish Kurtis
Indo-western fusion wear
The focus is on elegance, originality, and clean silhouettes. Designs must be suitable for fabrics like crepe, georgette, cotton, rayon, and blends.

Our Requirements:
Must create exclusive, original designs (no copying from Pinterest or other brands)
Strong fashion sense with an eye for unique detailing, modern yet wearable styles
Ability to understand trends and convert them into first-to-market pieces
Must deliver:
Flat sketches (digital or hand-drawn)
Optional: 3D renderings (if you use Clo3D or similar)
Fabric suggestions, trims, color options
Basic tech pack (measurements can be discussed)
Must understand fabric flow, finishing, and garment construction basics

Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Procreate (if sketching digitally)
Experience with georgette/crepe-based styles (for jumpsuits, coords, dresses)
Basic trend forecasting & collection planning

We will begin with 5–10 designs as a pilot project
Potential for long-term collaboration on seasonal collections if it’s a great match
