UX/UI Design for Web App

We are looking for a professional who has already developed design for mobile or web applications.
The main functionality is a graphics editor similar to Pixilart (google it). But our editor is much simpler.
The second functionality is e-commerce. The only difference from other e-commerce projects is the auction functionality. Nothing hard, just a list.
The third functionality is user profiles. Nothing complicated here either. The user can put the product up for sale.
We already have a ready-made design, fonts, etc. Therefore, you will have something to work with.
We need a redesign of the interface of the version for pc and phones/tablets.
It is preferable to design in Figma.
