Key Responsibilities
-Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI/UX solutions optimized for desktop and mobile
-Architect and maintain reusable components within a modular React environment
-Optimize user flows, interface responsiveness, and application performance to provide a smooth and intuitive user experience
-Conduct and apply insights from user testing and feedback for continuous improvement of designs and features
-Collaborate closely with the back-end team to ensure consistent and smooth integration across the application stack
-Stay current with UX research, emerging design trends, and best practices to drive exceptional design and functionality
Qualifications
-Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in UI/UX design and frontend development
-Proven expertise in React, CSS, SCSS, HTML, and TypeScript with a focus on building responsive, scalable applications
-Strong proficiency with design tools including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD
-Demonstrated experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and implementing them in production code
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user-centered design and efficient, maintainable code
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Preferred Skills
-Expertise in web performance optimization, including interaction design and responsive design principles
-Familiarity with design systems and the creation of reusable component libraries
-Knowledge of Web3 technologies and experience in digital product development
