Design for Mobile App (small project)

Need to create design for a mobile app.
Basically, there is one screen (see attached file as a reference) and it is needed to visualize user interaction with screen interface.
Apart from redrawing the structure of the screen - text input field should be added, and some colors replaced (colors will be provided).
Job should be done in 2-3 days.
