Design for Legal Research Article

I have a 7 to 8 page legal research article that needs a modern and minimalistic design. The article is intended for CEO's, Corporate lawyers and other legal professionals, so the design should be clean, professional, and easy to read. The key areas that need focus are the cover page, and the last page. Inner pages will include a Table of Contents, Team Bios, and the article content itself.

The designer will be responsible for:
1. Cover page design - should reflect the modern and minimalistic style
2. Inner pages design - consistent with the overall theme
3. Back page design - should be as polished as the cover
4. Upto 5 simple infographics - to illustrate key points
5. Fonts selection - should complement the design style
6. Line spacing - should ensure readability
7. Paragraph spacing - should maintain a clean layout
8. Color selection - bold and vibrant choices

We will provide the:
1. Article - the content to be designed
2. Team images - for the Team Bios
3. Logo in Illustrator & PNG format - for branding purposes

The designer must have expertise in In-Design & Illustrator. The final output will be a formatted PDF file.

Please note, the design should be appealing to a bold and vibrant color scheme, while still being professional enough for a legal audience.
