Design for Lead Generation Targeting Seniors

I'm seeking a UX Designer with a keen understanding of lead generation and an ability to create engaging designs for a senior audience. The project involves creating a bold and dynamic design, whilst maintaining simplicity and readability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the purpose of the project, defining the goal and target audience for the design
- Conduct thorough research and gather inspiration from references, trends and competitor analysis
- Sketch and wireframe initial ideas before committing to digital work
- Choose a cohesive, senior-friendly color palette
- Select typography that enhances readability and brand consistency
- Balance and layout elements to ensure proper spacing, alignment and visual hierarchy
- Keep the design clean and uncluttered
- Prioritize user experience (UX), ensuring ease of use and accessibility
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Use high-quality assets to ensure a polished final product
