Design for Kids Shirt

We are launching a children's apparel line for children aged 2 to 6 years old. I'm looking for someone to collaborate with me on bringing my ideas to reality. My ideal candidate will be educated about all stages of product development and have prior expertise in designing the following types of products:
- technical illustrations for children's T-shirts and sweatshirts
- cartoon graphic design is one type of graphic design.
- the manufacturing process
-technical bundles that are ready to use
It is preferable to have previous expertise in - fabric sourcing - pattern creating.
You can assist me at any level of development, or you can assist me at certain phases based on your expertise.
