UX/UI Designer for Broadband User Portal (Figma)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to create a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interface for our broadband customer portal. The portal will allow users to manage their broadband accounts, devices, and profiles. You will collaborate with our development team to ensure the design meets all functionality requirements and offers a seamless user experience. The design must be created using **Figma**.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design a user-friendly interface that aligns with our branding for a broadband customer portal.
- Create intuitive navigation and layout for users to:
- View broadband usage (data usage, speed, etc.).
- Create and track support tickets.
- Renew or upgrade their broadband plans.
- View and manage their account history (past payments, service usage, etc.).
- Download invoices and other relevant documents.
- Manage their end devices (Wi-Fi settings, channel adjustments, etc.).
- Manage their profile information, including KYC updates, and update contact details like mobile number, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility across all devices.
- Provide wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes as part of the design process using **Figma**.
- Collaborate with our developers to ensure proper integration of the design with backend services.
- Apply best UX practices to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user portals or similar dashboards.
- Proficiency in **Figma** as the primary design tool.
- Understanding of user experience principles and best practices, particularly for SaaS or telecom services.
- Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with development teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
**Deliverables:**
- High-fidelity wireframes for each section of the user portal created in **Figma**.
- Final design mockups with detailed annotations.
- Interactive prototypes for user testing, built in **Figma**.
- Design assets and documentation for the development team.
