Design for a Healthy eating PDF E-book

I would like a design done for my Personal training Healthy eating E-book. I have 4 different meal plans each consisting of 46 pages. I have done this kind of design work before so I know there is not a lot of work involved. 1. Simply design a front page. The design will be the same for all 4 meal plans, the only thing that will change is the wording
2. Design something cool that fits the company logo.This logo design will be attached to this project
3. In total you will be completing 4 meal plans so 4 ebooks, but each can consist of the same design and layout
4. Make a 3 x 3 image collage of the recipe images for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to be placed under each heading. This will make complete sense when you receive the document
5. Add page numbers to the index of recipe names to show which page they are on
6. In total you will be completing 4 meal plans so 4 ebooks, but each can consist of the same design and layout
7. You will be receiving these documents in microsoft word and Id like them back in PDF and Word if possible
The maximum budget for this job is $20Aud. If you cannot do the work for this price please do not bid. This is the maximum budget.
