Design for Beer Can and Shirt

Looking for help on designing a a new design for a craft beer can that can also go on a shirt. The name of the beer is "cinco a fredos" which will have a touch of mexican culture incorporated. The design must have some sort of beard incorporated, as the owner of the brewery and his 4 sons all have beards hence the name "cinco a fredos." As a designer, please give me some draft designs I can work with.
