Design an eDM for Event

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create an eDM for my upcoming event. The goal of the eDM is to provide event updates to the target audience. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating visually appealing and engaging eDMs. The project requirements include:

- Ensure that the eDM is mobile-friendly and can be viewed on different devices.
- Provide suggestions on the frequency of sending out the eDM to maximize engagement and attendance.
