Design and development of a job portal

Good morning from Portugal ??

We're starting a new business – a hiring platform/job board with some extra features. I'm looking for a complete solution: web design, development, and maintenance. A few features should be there: a list of open roles, an option to apply to the role, a database of candidates, profiles of the companies with intro details, etc. It should be in PT and EN languages.

I'd love the platform to be easy to use both for candidates and clients, strong security to protect personal information, and of course to be able to manage the data. I would love this one to be vibrant, young, and catch attention.
