Design a design screen (front end and backend) for my Digital Engineering Notebook Project. Everything is built. I need only a toolbar which contains colors, tables, shapes, arrows, etc implemented. for references: MS word and ms paint, one note

I am looking for a talented designer to create a sleek and functional toolbar for my Digital Engineering Notebook Android Mobile application project. The toolbar should have the following features:

- Colors, Tables, Shapes
- Arrows, Text formatting, Undo/Redo

The design should be minimalistic, with a clean and modern look. It should be user-friendly and easy to navigate.

The deadline for this project is within 2 weeks.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong graphic design skills
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development(JAVA)
- Experience with creating toolbars or similar UI elements
