Design a dashboard for monitoring costs and usage -- 2

I am seeking a skilled designer to create an effective and visually appealing dashboard for monitoring energy costs and usage across a large organization. The dashboard's primary goal is to present key metrics, historical data, while allowing users to navigate through various hierarchies (locations / business units… )

No coding expected as I already work with a front end developer.
