Design cute clipart and export into different file formats

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can create clipart files for me based on the images I'm going to share with you. The clipart should be unique and differ from the clipart I'm sharing. I also need you to export the graphics into various file formats (including SVG, eps, dxf, jpg, png, pdf). The ideal person would work with me on this on an ongoing basis but I'd like to start with a smaller project.
