Design custom bag

Hi,
I'm the owner of a small frozen food business which is growing. My next step to scale up my production is to develop custom bags to create a better impression of my business and start selling to another businesses.
I need a complete bag design, with the position of nutritional pane, cooking instructions, expire date etc. I have attached some photos to help in understanding what I am after.
