Design/ create unique characters, along with different attributes (each in separate layer)

Idea is to design new/ unique characters and associated attributes (clothing, accessories, etc). All these characters and attributes will be created as separate layers so that combination of these can be used to create a unique image (a character with a set of attributes). Character/ attributes should be designed such that each attribute can fit/ apply to any character.

Following is the count of unique layers needed:
1. Character (10 images) - only bust up/ chest up
2. Face expression (5 images)
3. Hairstyle/ headgear (10 images)
4. Clothing (5 images)
5. Neck accessory (5 images)
6. Ear accessory (5 images)
7. Eye accessory (5 images)

Final work should include:
• All required layers saved in PNG format
• The source file of all layers in AI format
• Authorship / Copyrights
• Commercial use rights (including the right to sell artwork)
