Design and create an A4 size 8 page brochure

I am looking for someone to design and create a 8 page (including front & back cover) brochure i have all the text content and pictures to go in it, i need someone with a good eye for design to put it into a design for me and make it print ready.
I have designs of other brochures that i like that i can share as a refrence for the person to create.

The pages will be
1) Front Cover
2) About us
3) introduction to what we do
4) Product Page
5) Product Page
6) Product Page
7) Product Page
8) Back cover

I have all content ready to go it just needs desiginig into a nice format and brochure
