Design or copy record labels and lay up on template for printing

I need digital designs for record labels that will be printed out on 7-inch templates. I have very specific design requirements and need someone to lay up the labels on the template accordingly. This project requires someone with experience in graphic design and knowledge of record label styles and templates. I will need the labels in digital form to send to the printers.
