Design a construction website

I've to build a simple and static webpage (about 6 pages) for a construction company (I can share the details in private) and I'm looking for someone to design the website for me since I'm in a hurry to deliver other projects.
You can use whatever tool you want (Figma, Ilustrator, Adobe XD, ...) but I require to be the copyright owner of the design (the price will be ajusted accordingly).
