Design complete branding for our start-up

Hello everyone,
We are thinking to start our new business and we would like to complete our branding. We have a logo design. Our branding will include Letterhead, Business cards, company profiles, Brand guidelines. The designer is expected to help us in selecting color Font selection, color selection for our branding.
Our branding design should look premium, elegant, minimalistic, and professional.
My expected timeline for the whole project completion is 1-1.5 weeks.
If our collaboration is successful we would have more work in the future just after this for example packaging design, Letter envelope design, and UI/UX design.
