Design clothes

I am looking for someone to design men's clothing with a specific style of welding fr long sleep button shirt. I need 1-3 designs created. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the craft of fashion design and know how to use modern technology to craft beautiful, high-quality designs. Creativity and an eye for detail are also important. Experience with creating technologies such as CAD software (or equivalent) is a prerequisite.
