Design a charter fishing shirt with lifelike characters

So my friend has a charter fishing boat and company and he needs a catchy design to create a shirt. So his boat is called the " Covered Up" so we thought of an idea to have models holding fish on the back of the boat that look nude but the fish will "cover up" private parts to keep things classy but hint at the idea that the girls are naked. Lets face it, sexy sells. Everyone loves the idea but I need to find an artist who can bring this design to life. If you are interested please let me know.
