Design book content e.g. borders

I have three word documents that I want designed with an attractive border and little bits and bobs to make it more attractive. I’m creating a tracing booklet set and want it to look attractive to consumers. I want someone to design the documents for me, I also want a page explaining the book created on the front of each book (I will do the writing I just want someone to design it for me)
