Design of 30st birthday t-shirt

Hi,
I really need your help creating the design for a t-shirt. I already have a screenshot of how it should look like, made with powerpoint, but need help fine tuning this!
I have the original files of the logos, alecmy and spenner as well as a reference file of the bear. Will mostly need help putting it all together.
Please reach out to me if you have the ability to provide me with a vector based design for front and back including your required time (ideally until Sunday July 20th) as well as the costs.
