Design and arrange content for newsletter

My organisation prepares yearly newsletters. Some of our publications can be seen on:

We require a designer to help us prepare this years newsletter. We have all the articles and pictures. An added benefit would be to design a new cover. We will supply the freelancer with word document(s) for the content. The newsletter may run into 20-30 pages. If possible, we would like to edit the document to correct any errors. We only have MS Publisher at the office. unless the freelancer can help with this.
