Design my apartment

I am moving into a new apartment in a few weeks. It's a one-bedroom and I need some help making it look great. I have a few items already, but I want recommendations for what else to purchase to give it a homey yet sleek, modern, and minimalist vibe. I'll need a list of fairly inexpensive items (think IKEA, Wayfair, etc) that I can get to create a beautiful and coordinated look for the new space. I'll provide images of everything I already have. Please provide the actual project bid amount so I can accurately assess it.
