Design of A4 advertising flyer

Hi, we are preparing an advertising campaign for our cleaning company. It will be posted to potential clients by regular mail. Potential clients - families in central Stockholm and we are selling our cleaning services.
The flyer will be A4 format with 3 mm margin, 216 mm x 303 mm
Double-sided.
We will have some text, a QR code that takes them to a landing page where they can book a cleaning with 50%discount, our contact information, logo and some pictures that you can choose.
The texts are in Swedish.
