Design a Two-sided A4 template for an English Course Level Guide

We need a two-sided template which we have already designed the layout for and have the illustrator theme, fonts and colours. We have already decided the layout and have the text files and some stock images ready. Once the template is ready we will need the text and 1 or 2 specific pics added to each of the 20 level course guides. We will provide some example files and the proposed layout to any shortlisted bidders.
