Design Telescopic Flags and Pull up banners

I am looking for a designer to create telescopic flags and pull up banners for both indoor and outdoor use. The dimensions required will be standard sizes. While I don't have a specific design or theme in mind, I do have some ideas that I would like to incorporate.
