Design Team Wanted: Immersive Stadium-Themed Learning World (UX/UI, Gamified, Spatial, Tool-Agnostic)

Job ID: 39588637

Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR

Project Description:
We’re looking for an experienced design team to fully realize the visual and frontend implementation of a highly innovative, gamified learning platform – built around the immersive feel of a modern sports management video game.

The platform, called Zukunftsschmiede, is designed to lead users through an emotionally engaging learning journey. Rather than static pages or menus, users explore a stadium-like world with rooms such as the locker room, gym, press conference area, tunnel, and playing field.

This is not a conventional LMS. It’s a complex, story-driven environment – designed to make learning feel like entering a game, not opening a course.

Project Objective:
Develop and design a complete, custom Stadium Learning World across multiple tiers (“leagues” or levels) with a wide range of uniquely themed rooms

Each room has a defined educational and narrative function (e.g. locker room = team development, gym = resilience, press conference = positioning)

Coach Klaus (video avatar D-ID HQ Avatar) must be visually embedded within the space, not simply overlaid

Room transitions should feel like camera-driven movement – not flat screen-switching

The entire experience should feel 3D and immersive, while being based on pre-rendered or visually constructed 2D/2.5D assets

What’s Required in the Design System:
Full visual and structural development of the entire learning world

Navigation through spatial logic (doors, hallways, transitions) – not classic LMS menus

Consistency, reusability, and clarity across visual elements

Embedded screens and avatar placements for Coach Klaus and learning videos

A system architecture that supports scaling and integration

Tools & Implementation:
Tool choice is flexible (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, Framer, HTML/CSS/JS, or similar).
The key requirement is a complete visual and technical implementation of the frontend.

We do not expect a static design or prototype.
The design output should be a fully functional, browser-based frontend learning world – implemented using Webflow, HTML/JS, React, or similar – and prepared for integration with backend and middleware systems.

What We Provide:
A detailed multi-page design briefing (PDF)

Moodboards, mockups, and visual examples

Complete learning journey structure and room-function mapping

All backend, AI, and middleware components will be handled separately

We're Looking for a Team With:
Proven experience in game-inspired UX/UI

Ability to create visually immersive environments using 2D or 2.5D methods

Strong frontend design-to-implementation workflows (Webflow, HTML/CSS, etc.)

Bonus: Experience with motion design, transitions, parallax animation, or interactive storytelling

Timeline:
Start: Immediate

This is a complete platform design and implementation

Application Requirements:
We are not looking for generic applications.
We expect design teams who seriously engage with the challenge and present a vision for solving it.

Please include:

A portfolio with relevant reference projects (immersive UI, narrative interfaces, educational or gamified experiences, simulation-like platforms)

A brief description of your design and development approach, especially:

visual world structure

spatial immersion and room logic

transitions and movement

tool preference and delivery workflow

At least one visual idea, sketch, or draft that shows your interpretation of a key room (e.g. locker room, hallway, press conference area)

This project is not about building a UI – it’s about creating a world.

If your team thinks in immersive spaces, not flat screens, we look forward to hearing from you.
