Design a TShirt

I want to design a graphic for a trendy-looking Text Heavy Tshirt that reads large on the front: "CHANGE MACHINE"" underneath in smaller text "CHANGING THE WORLD ONE LIFE AT A TIME" and scripture reference "MARK 16:15" under that. The design can be stacked or however - I am open. I need the design in the right vector for a screen printer to put it on a TShirt. I am open to creative help and suggestions to make it look strong and trendy.
