Design Sticker with Illustrator

Design Sticker (3.2cm height), (6.5 cm width). to be labeled on drop bottle. I have Initial design, I wanna make similar colors with more attractive design. I need 5 variables in the design to be obtained from excel file in the same directory, The design file should define the current directory automatically and get variables. As the attached label, the variables are 1-"SALT" 2- the Size 3-Nicotene level 4-Barcode 5-The flavor (which is Black and blue here)
