Design a Soft-Sided Pet Carrier

I'm looking for someone to create a tech pack for a soft-sided pet carrier specifically for small pets like cats or small dogs. I am patent pending on a particular design and need to take my patent pending design into a carrier and develop a tech pack / find a manufacturing partner.

Essential Requirements:
- The carrier should be soft-sided and lightweight for easy transport, 17 11 11 in.
- It is intended for small pets, so appropriate dimensions and security features are crucial.
- The carrier will have to incorporate the novel feature that is currently patent pending
