Design a Soap Label + Sticker

Looking for an experienced freelancer to enhance and perfect a design that I have already made.The design is two fold, as in there is a paper strip that will be joined together around the soap by a sticker. I need the paper strip and sticker to look modern and professional and made to be printable at the dimensions I will supply. I need four outputs, a single of both the strip and the label and an A4 sheet of the strip and one of the label that can be sent to a printers. The picture attached shows my prototype of the design. I need someone who speaks English fluently, as I don't want to waste any time or money on misunderstandings. If you do the job as I want ,I have other jobs for you.The ideal candidate should have experience in label design and be able to create a design that complements the product's features. Past work examples are appreciated, but the focus is on experience and skills in label design.
