Design a T-Shirt

I need someone to design a white t-shirt for my dive team. Our mascot is a stingray. I want the front to say St Ives Dive Team in the top left corner with some sort of logo (ex. a diver or a stingray). The back needs to be fuller with a big design (again either a diver or stingray). And it could have some diving or stingray slogan too.
