Design Revision

I am looking for a skilled designer (The designer I used for project doesn’t have required mechanisms)to help me with a design revision project. The specific aspect that needs to be revised is the layout of the design. I already have a specific design in mind that I would like to be implemented. Additionally, there are specific elements that must be included in the new design. I am open to any suggestions and preferences that the designer may have. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in layout design and be able to bring my specific design and elements to life.
