Design A Resume Template

Hello designers,
I have written a 1.5 page document on google docs for my resume, however it is only text and black / white. I need someone to take the google sheet and drastically improve the design of it. I included a sample below of what I would like. I want something using blue and green. I have included my photo that I want used.
I would like to try and fit all the text on one page. and I want this transferred to google sheets so I can easily edit the text myself. I also have MS Word if it is easier to use so I can make text changes myself.
I mainly need a designer to give me the visual template.
