Design a Restaurant Menu for our Hotel

Need to design our restaurant menu, will provide xls file with all items and prices. I Need to properly design it with our logo and a good design which should depict a premium brand. Will provide 2-3 samples of menu which we like, should be similar to that.Firsty you should show us colour combinations (around 3-5) to choose from. Then can move to actual design. I need design in two formats, 1) A3 Size Board type front and back. 2) A3 size Tri-fold. Both pics shown.
Should give me the source file also to edit in future like price, items etc.
