Design a 18x24 Poster

I need a poster designed in 2 layouts. One will be horizontal and the other one will be vertical. Poster size will be 18"x24". I would like the poster to have a rain background and will include 2 quotes. Please use high resolution images. I have attached some samples of rain backgrounds. This poster will go on the wall so I want it to look really good sort of like an artwork on the wall. I do not want an animated background. The 2 quotes are as follows:

Quote1: I love the rain. (Also include the persons name who stated the quote whose name is Mai Le)

Quote 2: Days come and go, but memories never fade. (Also include the persons name who stated the quote whose name is Mai Le)
