Design 3 or 4 Portrait Advertisement with Dynamic background/content

Im looking for someone to design an advert/banner, which is to be displayed in portrait orientation. Ideally, I want 3 or 4 different variations of this advert that will be displayed on a 55" portrait orientation TV. We are a property management vacation rental company. We are looking to find new customers who will let us manage and rent out their vacation home to people staying in the Disney World area in Florida. If possible, we would like the 3 or 4 adverts/slides to have some dynamic graphic/background/content to catch the potential customers' eyes. Please see some very basic examples I made. Hopefully, you can create something more eye catching and effective at converting potential customers in to actual customers.
