Project Overview:
I’m looking for a high-level graphic designer to create a polished, bold, and emotionally engaging 5-page PDF speaker kit for my personal speaking brand.

My name is Lachlan Stuart. I’m a high-performance coach, mental resilience advocate, and the first person to complete 58 marathons in 58 days across 58 states (USA + Australia). I help men and high performers transform through mindset, identity, and discipline and speak on these topics.

This kit will be sent to event organisers, podcast hosts, and partners. It needs to look clean, confident, and premium while staying true to my authentic and grounded voice.

What You’ll Be Designing:
A 5-page PDF speaker kit, including:
1. Cover Page – Name, tagline, hero quote, full image
2. Bio + Credibility – Short bio + visual stats/testimonials
3. Keynote Topics – 3 talks with titles + short descriptions
4. Speaking Topics & Pricing – Core themes + flexible fee structure
5. Booking Page – Contact info, audience takeaways, photos

Style & Vibe:
• Clean, modern layout (no clutter)
• Bold, grounded fonts (sans-serif)
• Colour palette: Earth tones, black, navy, white. no brights
• Tone: Resilient, real, motivational. not hype-y or corporate-polished


What I’ll Provide:
• All written content (ready to drop in)
• 3–4 high-res photos (headshot, action, behind-the-scenes)
• Logo (if needed)

You Should Be:
• Experienced in personal branding, speaker kits, or pitch decks
• Able to design for both desktop and mobile-friendly PDF viewing
• Great with layout, spacing, typography, and light visual storytelling
• Comfortable using Canva, InDesign, or Illustrator

Timeline:
• Start: ASAP (within 3–5 days)
• First draft: Within 7 days
• Final delivery: 10–14 days
