Project Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to create a PDF welcome book (guest guide) for our holiday home. This document will be shared with guests and should reflect a warm, stylish, and high-quality feel.
We will provide:
- All text content
- Photos (initially placeholders can be used; final photos will follow after a photoshoot in early April)
- An example PDF that represents the look & feel we like
Scope:
- The final document should be maximum 30 pages, well-structured, visually appealing, and easy to read.
- The following sections must be included:
- Arrival & Check-in
- Contact Information
- Emergency Information
- House Rules
- WiFi
- Bedrooms
- Swimming Pool
- About the House
- Appliances & Electronics
- Garden & Pool
- Pests
- Trash & Recycling
- Your Nearest (shops, services, etc.)
- Things to Do
- Getting Around
- Local Markets to Visit
- Before You Leave Our Home
- From the Owners
Design Requirements
- Clean, modern, and welcoming design
- Consistent layout and typography
- Easy navigation (clear sections and hierarchy)
Important Requirement (File Format & Editing)
It is very important that we can easily edit the file ourselves after delivery.
Deliverables
- Editable source file
- Final PDF version
- Fonts and assets (if applicable)
