Design a Newsletter & Setup Automatic Newsletter

I need a Newsletter template designed for Clients and Internal employees. The template should incorporate the company logo and must look professional and appealing for high value clients. This template needs to be setup in MailChimp or a similar platform so that newsletters can be sent to clients and employees at different frequencies.
