UI/UX Design Needed for Website

I am looking for a talented UI/UX designer to help me redesign a website. The target audience of the site is the general public. As such, the design should be user-friendly, intuitive and accessible to people of all ages and technical abilities. The site is almost finished, but with an ugly design, so I want someone to redesign and rethink the design to all functionalities and create a logo.
