Design a 2D Mascot Character with Layers for Animation (Chiefy)

We're Taino Solutions (www.tainosolutions.com), a modern CRM, AMS, and automation platform for insurance agencies. We're developing a 2D animated mascot named “Chiefy”, inspired by our logo — a stylized Taino profile.

We’re looking for a designer to create a layered vector character ready for 2.5D animation, with multiple expressions and props.

Key requirements:
- Clean cartoon-style design, based on our logo
- Delivered in layered PSD, AI, or SVG format
- At least 3 facial expressions or poses
- Props/accessories like headset, digital bat, tablet, mug, etc.
- Character guide (colors, personality, usage suggestions)

**Bonus if you’ve worked with Moho, After Effects (DUIK or RubberHose), or similar tools for 2.5D animation prep.

Future work available — seasonal props, new expressions, and themed animations.

Note: A full creative brief will be shared with shortlisted candidates after the first review phase to protect brand-specific content and concepts.
