IM Design (Long and short format)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am seeking an experienced InDesign designer to take two draft documents and elevate them to an institutional-grade standard:
A 110–120 page Information Memorandum (IM)
A shorter IM Summary document (investor-facing executive version)
Both documents are fully written. All text, imagery and financial tables are final. The design, layout and graphical refinement are required.
Adobe InDesign is mandatory, as the file set must remain fully editable for future funding rounds.
The IM Summary contains the primary investor charts and deal diagrams that must be professionally redrawn and elevated. These graphics must then visually align with the full IM for consistency.
This is a large-scale seniors living / social infrastructure development in Australia (~$750m+ TDC). The finished documents must feel institutional, infrastructure-grade, and Investment Committee ready.
Design Direction
The aesthetic should reflect:
Institutional quality (Tier-1 advisory standard)
Calm authority
Health-aligned but capital disciplined
Premium but understated
Primary palette:
Muted greens + deep navy + charcoal typography
Branding:
Goldman Care logo subtly integrated on each page (consistent footer placement). Section dividers may incorporate stronger brand presence.
Standard professional fonts that reproduce crisply in both print and digital formats are preferred.
Key Design Tasks
• Establish a clean, modular page grid and consistent typographic hierarchy across both documents
• Style headings, body copy, call-outs, tables and footnotes for clarity and legibility
• Professionally redraw investor-facing charts and graphs from supplied Excel data (primarily located in the IM Summary document)
• Rebuild deal-structure diagrams, capital stack visuals and funding architecture charts
• Refine tables into clean institutional formats
• Create cohesive section divider pages
• Ensure the IM Summary visually mirrors the full IM
All charts and diagrams must be vector-based and editable.
Deliverables
• Print-ready high-resolution PDF (CMYK, bleed, crop marks)
• Screen-optimised interactive PDF
• Complete packaged InDesign file (INDD + linked assets)
• Paragraph styles, character styles and master pages properly structured
• Organised file system suitable for future updates
Acceptance Criteria
Every page aligns to the agreed grid, palette and typographic system
All charts accurately reflect supplied financial data and remain vector-sharp at 200% zoom
Final PDFs pass pre-flight with no font, link or colour profile errors
The INDD file can be reopened and edited cleanly using global paragraph styles
