The general idea of this shirt will need to be Japanese Anime with a mix of vibrant colours.
I have some existing ideas that cover this concept quite well.
You can use it as inspiration to get your creative juices flowing, but do not copy it. Make sure this design is unique and the artwork you use is commercially /legally okay to use. I will check your work.
